The MLWF280 is a robust mobile welding fume extractor created for daily use to control welding smoke and fumes. The high-capacity disposable filter can be easily changed and the rotating and swiveling exhaust hood enables use in a 360-degree radius and ensures minimal adjustments when welding.

Movable Single-Arm Fume Extractor

MLWF280 is a mobile fume extractor with integrated fan and HEPA cartridge filter. The HEPA filter ( filter efficiency H13 ≥ 99.95%) is easily replacable. Thanks to the universal wheels and fixed wheels and the flexible extraction arm, this movable fume extractor is suitable for the extraction and filtration of welding fumes from variable position work stations.

Mobile Fume Extractor with Single Extraction Arm

Mobile welding fume extractors go where you need them, suck up what you'd rather not breathe in, and are easily maneuverable for the best effect. The extraction arm is used of self supporting joints, flexible hose and smooth steel tubing make this fume extraction arm easy to work with and keep it near the source of the air contaminants. So contaminants including dust, fumes, smoke and more are removed right at their source. 

  • Flame-retardant PTFE Coated Filter

     
    1. Imported Japanese Toray brand flame-retardant PTFE coated polyester fiber filter element, with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 micron and a filtration efficiency of over 99.9%, it can easily achieve standard emission of purified air.

  • Spark Arrester

     
    1. The spark arrester helps to prevent potentially damaging, burning particulates generated during welding processes from entering the fume extractor.
    2. The spark arrester is located beneath the arm connection spigot.
    3. Easy to maintain and replace.

  • Movable and Simple

     
    1. The integrated structure has beautiful appearance and small footprint. 
    2. The bottom is equipped with Fuma wheels for easy movement and fixation.
