This mobile fume extractor is designed for industrial dust and fume in welding, polishing and other metal processing procedures. It is light weight and flexible, easy to operate. Using flame retardant Nano material cartridge filter, the filter efficiency up to 0.3um 99.9%. The extraction arm rotates 360 degrees and all adjustments are tooless.

Industrial Dust Collector

The MLWF series mobile welding fume extractors go where you need them, suck up what you'd rather not breathe in, and are easily maneuverable for the best effect. The extraction arm is used of self supporting joints, flexible hose and smooth steel tubing make this fume extraction arm easy to work with and keep it near the source of the air contaminants. So contaminants including dust, fumes, smoke and more are removed right at their source. 

  • Intelligent Control System

     
    1. Equipped with Moland independently developed intelligent control system, all function control and feedback information are displayed on the screen.
    2. Important parameters are protected to prevent misoperation.
    3. Fault alarms prevent equipment damage, personal injury, and property loss.

  • Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning

     
    1. Fully automatic pulse jet cleaning, each cleaning is completed in about 0.1~0.3s, and the compressed air ejected at this moment has a good cleaning effect. The air enters the filter cartridge and expands rapidly, causing an impact vibration, so that the dust falls into the dust collection bin.

  • Flame-retardant Nano Filter

     
    1. Imported AHLSTROM brand flame-retardant Nano filter element, with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 micron and a filtration efficiency of over 99.9%, it can easily achieve standard emission of purified air.
