For heavy-duty large workpiece grinding, the MLWF2000DM-20T-Ultra delivers exceptional dust control. Equipped with an Innomotics variable frequency motor, Siemens PLC, touchscreen, and frequency converter, it ensures stable, energy-efficient operation. The fully automatic pulse cleaning system minimizes maintenance, while the telescopic room creates a semi-sealed environment for efficient dust capture and purification.

The MLWF2000DM-20T-Ultra Grinding Dust Collection Cabinet, paired with a telescopic room, features branded motors and electrical components plus automatic pulse cleaning for efficient dust control during large workpiece grinding. Optional explosion-proof devices are available for specific material applications.

  • Telescopic Room

     
    1. The telescopic grinding room can be customized according to the size of the workpiece. The room ventilation volume can be adjusted by raising and lowering the rolling shutter door to form a semi-enclosed environmentally friendly dust removal room. When not in use, the room can be retracted and does not take up space.

  • PLC Intelligent Control System

     
    1. Equipped with the intelligent control system independently developed by Moland, all function control and feedback information are displayed on the PLC screen.
    2. Important parameters are password-protected to prevent misoperation.

  • Explosion-proof Configuration

     
    1. Explosion-proof fan, explosion-proof solenoid valves, anti-static filters, explosion-proof electric control box.
    2. Explosion-proof design ensures safe production for special material workpiecces, like aluminum.
