    1. Equipped with Moland independently developed intelligent control system, all function control and feedback information are displayed on the screen.
    2. Important parameters are protected to prevent misoperation.
    3. Optional Siemens system.

  • Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning

     
    1. Fully automatic pulse jet cleaning, each cleaning is completed in about 0.1~0.3s, and the compressed air ejected at this moment has a good cleaning effect. The air enters the filter cartridge and expands rapidly, causing an impact vibration, so that the dust falls into the dust collection bin.

  • Flame-retardant Nano Filter

     
    1. Imported Ahlstrom brand flame-retardant nano fiber filter element, with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 micron and a filtration efficiency of over 99.9% and large filtering area, it can easily achieve standard emission of purified air.
    2. Service life is about 3000~4000 hours. 

  • Optional Explosion-proof Device

     
    1. Explosion-proof fans, explosion-proof solenoid valves, explosion-proof electric control boxes, anti-static filter elements, explosion vent.
    2. Other explosion-proof parts as per your requirements, such as Flameless explosion vent， one-way explosion-proof valve, etc.

  • Dust Collection Drawer

     
    1. Large-capacity dust collection drawer at the bottom, and the pressure rod self-locking design helps you easily dispose of the collected dust.
    2. There is an anti-back-suction device above the dust collection drawer to prevent the dust in the drawer from being sucked back into the filter cartridge chamber under the action of pulse airflow.


  • Fault Alarm

     
    1. Power status monitoring: Alarm when fault phase, overvoltage and undervoltage.
    2. Air pressure status monitoring: Alarm if the compressed air pressure is too low to prevent incomplete dust cleaning.
    3. Operating temperature monitoring: Alarm when system temperature is too high to prevent fire.
    4. Cartridge filter status monitoring: Alarm when the differential pressure is high.
