Therefore, our company tailored a dedicated laser cutting dust removal solution for a special vehicle company in Chongqing. The solution equipped two laser cutting dust collector for two laser processing machines, achieving the dual goals of efficient purification and convenient operation and maintenance.
The client's workshop has a laser cutting tube machine, specifically equipped with an MLWF350 dust removal system. This dust collector has a power of 3KW, a stable airflow of 3000-3500m³/h, and a filtration area of 22㎡. It precisely matches the dust emission volume and operating conditions of the tube cutting machine. The equipment adopts fully automatic pulse cleaning technology, which intelligently triggers cleaning based on the amount of dust adhering to the filter cartridge, requiring no manual intervention. This ensures continuous and efficient dust removal while avoiding the downtime required by traditional dust removal methods, significantly improving production continuity. Simultaneously, the equipment has a compact structure, is equipped with casters, and occupies a small area. Its placement can be flexibly adjusted according to production needs, adapting to multi-workstation layouts in the workshop.
The workshop also has a 6025 laser cutting machine, matched with an MLWF400 dust collector. This collector also uses a 3KW high-efficiency motor, with an airflow range of 3500-4500 m³/h. It has 44㎡filtration area, quickly capturing the large amounts of dust generated during the cutting process and preventing dust escape. The equipment uses a high-efficiency filters with imported PTFE-coated polyester filter media, achieving a filtration accuracy of 0.3μm. Its dust removal efficiency are consistently 99.9%, effectively intercepting nanoscale metal dust generated by laser cutting. The treated clean air fully complies with the "Integrated Emission Standard for Air Pollutants" and can be directly discharged indoors. No additional exhaust ductwork is required, saving site costs and avoiding environmental compliance risks associated with outdoor emissions.
The entire dust removal system has demonstrated remarkable effectiveness since its implementation.
