Project Background: Solving Welding Fume Pain Points for Intelligent Production

In robotic welding production, welding fumes not only harm the health of workers but also affect equipment precision and production compliance, becoming a significant pain point in industrial automation. To address this issue, we tailored a dedicated dust removal solution for the robotic welding booth of a Shandong intelligent technology company, achieving efficient fume purification and orderly production coordination, helping the company achieve green and intelligent manufacturing.

Project Core: Integrated Welding Room & Fume Purification System Deployment

Designed specifically for robot welding scenarios, this project’s highlight lies in its integrated solution of welding rooms and dust removal systems, which precisely addresses smoke pollution during front and rear plate welding. Based on the enterprise’s production demands, we installed two sets of automatic welding rooms and two 5.5kw fume extractors, forming a full-cycle smoke control system that blocks welding fumes at the source and eliminates pollution spread.

Solution Advantages: Practical Design & High-Efficiency Fume Purification

The solution balances practicality and intelligence: the welding booth is constructed of high-quality powder-coated sheet metal, offering wear and corrosion resistance, and features a pneumatic telescopic door design. it's not only convenient operation but also excellent sealing. Therefore, it can effectively preventing fume leakage. The core dust removal equipment is the MLWF500-9T model, with a single unit handling an air volume of up to 7000 m³/h. Equipped with a 5.5 kW high-efficiency fan, it boasts strong suction, quickly capturing and purifying the metallic fumes generated during welding. With a filtration efficiency of ≥99.9%, it effectively filters fine dust particles of 0.3 μm, far exceeding the industry average, achieving an emission concentration of ≤4 mg/m³, truly achieving green emission standards.

Furthermore, the system's intelligent control system interconnects with the company's existing robots and production equipment, precisely matching the welding process rhythm to achieve orderly production and efficient dust removal.
