Mobile Welding Fume Extractor

This light-duty weld fume extractor provides a flexible, portable fume extraction solution for manual MIG welding/gas metal arc welding/GMAW/stick welding applications, including stainless steel welding. Universal wheels allow the unit to be easily moved around the shop. With automatic pulse jet cleaning system and small size, this extraction units are ideal for manual welding applications for small-to-medium size fabricators, weld schools and vocational training programs.

Movable Dust Collector

Mobile welding fume extractors go where you need them, suck up what you'd rather not breathe in, and are easily maneuverable for the best effect. The extraction arm is used of self supporting joints, flexible hose and smooth steel tubing make this fume extraction arm easy to work with and keep it near the source of the air contaminants. So contaminants including dust, fumes, smoke and more are removed right at their source.

  • Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning

     
    1. Fully automatic pulse jet cleaning, each cleaning is completed in about 0.1~0.3s, and the compressed air ejected at this moment has a good cleaning effect. The air enters the filter cartridge and expands rapidly, causing an impact vibration, so that the dust falls into the dust collection bin.

  • Flame-retardant Nano Filter

     
    1. Imported AHLSTROM brand flame-retardant Nano filter element, with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 micron and a filtration efficiency of over 99.9%, it can easily achieve standard emission of purified air. 
    2. Vertical arrangement.

    1. The extraction arm has an up and down movement and comes with 360° rotation for ease of adjustments in operation.

  • Dust Collection Drawer

     
    1. With a small dust collection drawer under the cartridge filter chamber. 
    2. Rubber sealings make the dust collection drawer more airtight and effectively prevents dust leakage. 
    3. Dump the dust inside dust collection drawer regularly.

    1. The integrated structure has beautiful appearance and small footprint. 
    2. The bottom is equipped with universal wheels for easy movement and fixation.
