Dry Dust Downdraft Table

For many applications, a industrial dry dust collection downdraft table is the ideal source capture. The worker has free, open operation over the worktable surface and gravity works with the blower to pull contaminants into the bottom dust collection drawer, away from the worker's breathing zone. Downdraft benches are used for a broad spectrum of particulates, including composite dust, fiberglass dust, marble dust, plastic dust, other metals, and also welding and soldering smoke and fume.

Downdraft Dust Collection Table

The downdraft workbench features powerful downward airflow effectively capturing dust and fume. Even air distribution provides effective dust control over the entire work surface.

  • Explosion-proof Device

     
    1. Explosion-proof dust collector (including explosion-proof fan, explosion-proof solenoid valves, explosion-proof electric control box and anti-static filters).
    2. One-way explosion-proof valve (for dust collector). 
    3. Explosion vent (for dust collector).
    4. Explosion-proof light (for downdraft table).

  • Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning

     
    1. Fully automatic pulse jet cleaning, each cleaning is completed in about 0.1~0.3s, and the compressed air ejected at this moment has a good cleaning effect. The air enters the filter cartridge and expands rapidly, causing an impact vibration, so that the dust falls into the dust collection bin.     

  • Flame-retardant Coated Filter

     
    1. Imported Japanese Toray brand flame-retardant PTFE coated polyester fiber filter element, with filtration accuracy of 0.3 micron and a filtration efficiency of over 99.9%, it can easily adhieve standard emission of purified air

  • Table Top

     
    1. The work surface can be replaced to meet the grinding needs of various workpieces.
    2. The work surface material can be carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, nylon, polyurethane, etc.
    3. Optional rotating table for more precise grinding angles. 4. Downdraft and backdraft design.

  • Explosion-proof Lighting

     
    1. Aluminum alloy housing, explosion-proof glass lampshade, higer safety factor.
    2. Cold light source, no stroboscopic radiation, effectively reduce visual fatigue.

  • Non-power Downdraft Table

     
    1. Non-power downdraft with dust collection bin, tool storage drawers.
