Industrial Dust Collection System

Dust collectors are an important consideration for your facility, and worker safety. Choosing the right model of duct collector will have an impact on air quality in your workplace. Cartridge dust collectors are often used in facilities where very sub-micron particles must be filtered, or where continuous filtration is a requirement. Industrial centralized dust removal system is often used for centralized collection and purification of smoke and dust in metalworking workshops. Industrial Cartridge Dust Collector

  • Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning

     
    1. Fully automatic pulse jet cleaning, each cleaning is completed in about 0.1~0.3s, and the compressed air ejected at this moment has a good cleaning effect. The air enters the filter cartridge and expands rapidly, causing an impact vibration, so that the dust falls into the dust collection bin.

  • Flame-retardant PTFE Coated Filter

     
    1. Imported Japanese Toray brand flame-retardant PTFE coated polyester fiber filter element, with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 micron and a filtration efficiency of over 99.9%, it can easily achieve standard emission of purified air.
    2. Vertical arrangement.

  • Optional Explosion-proof Device

     
    1. Explosion-proof fans, explosion-proof solenoid valves, explosion-proof electric control boxes, anti-static filter elements, explosion vent.
    2. Other explosion-proof parts as per your requirements, such as Flameless explosion vent， one-way explosion-proof valve, etc.

  • Large Dust Collection Bin

     
    1. 60L large capacity dust collection bin.
    2. The pressure rod self-locking design makes the dust bin more airtight and effectively prevents dust leakage.
    3. Dump the dust inside dust collection bin regularly.

  • Fault Alarm

     
    1. Power status monitoring: Alarm when fault phase, overvoltage and undervoltage.
    2. Air pressure status monitoring: Alarm if the compressed air pressure is too low to prevent incomplete dust cleaning.
    3. Operating temperature monitoring: Alarm when system temperature is too high to prevent fire.
    4. Cartridge filter status monitoring: Alarm when the differential pressure is high.
