I.Project Overview: Successful Delivery of Dust Collection System

We are glad to share that our blow-suction welding dust collection system has been successfully delivered and put into use. It serves a leading petroleum transportation equipment manufacturer in Hebei, specifically for its high & large welding workshop. This system effectively solves the welding fume problem, which is a common pain point in large industrial workshops.

II.Introduction to Blow-Suction Welding Dust Collection System

First, let’s introduce the blow-suction dust collection system. It consists of pipelines with multiple air outlets and suction inlets, along with one or two sets of fans and filters. We usually install the pipelines at 4-6 meters high in the workshop—exactly the height where welding fume suspends. Through blow-suction air flow, the pipelines fully surround the welding area. Besides, this design not only controls harmful substances from single equipment but also manages fume and dust across the entire workshop.

III.On-Site Working Conditions & Dust Removal System Selection

This case targets the integrated welding dust removal needs of high & large workshops. The client’s workshop runs continuously for long hours, and welding fume remains stable during production. It has 3 spans, with each span 95 meters long and 22 meters wide. Based on on-site conditions and the client’s requirements, we chose the blow-suction system for its comprehensive coverage.

IV.Dust Removal Equipment Configuration & Technical Parameters

We matched 12 sets of MLWF2000-C blow-suction dust collection systems from Moland. Each set has an air volume of 20,000 m³/h, with a total air volume of 240,000 m³/h. We also added air duct suction inlets and supply outlets to each equipment to boost efficiency. Two sets dust removal system work together to form an air circulation layer: the dust removal system sucks welding fumes for filtration, and the filtered air meets indoor emission standards.

V.Working Principle & Purification Effect of Welding Dust Collection System

One end of the pipeline blows air, while the other end sucks it in. The system continuously draws in polluted air, filters it, and recirculates clean air back to the workshop. This constant circulation collects welding fume effectively and keeps the workshop air up to international environmental standards. It also helps the client meet global industry requirements and protect workers’ health.
