Moland Essen Welding Fair.Moland Essen Welding Fair Four days. Hundreds of conversations. One shared mission—cleaner air for every welding workshop. The 29th Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair 2026 has come to a close, and MoLAND Environmental Protection is proud to say it was our most productive exhibition yet. Moreover, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to every visitor who stopped by Hall 5, Booth 50736. Therefore, as we pack up and head home, we look forward to seeing you again next year.

Moland Essen Welding Fair This year's Essen Fair in Shenzhen brought together over 900 exhibitors from more than 100 countries. Furthermore, with 50,000+ professional visitors walking the floor, the energy was unmatched. MoLAND's booth became a hub for serious technical discussions, live equipment demonstrations, and on-the-spot system design consultations.
During the four-day event, our team:
Additionally, many visitors brought workshop floor plans and process descriptions. As a result, our engineers were able to deliver preliminary system designs during the fair—turning booth conversations into actionable project proposals.

The conversations at Booth 50736 confirmed something important. Despite growing awareness, many workshops still struggle with basic fume extraction challenges.
Specifically, the most common concerns raised included:
These conversations reinforce MoLAND's commitment: we don't just sell equipment. We solve problems.
The Essen Fair is more than a product showcase. It is a barometer for the welding industry's direction. Here is what we observed:
Visitors showed strong interest in intelligent control systems. MoLAND's PLC-based smart control—with automatic pulse cleaning, pressure differential monitoring, and fault alarm functions—drew particular attention. Furthermore, the industry is moving toward IoT-connected extraction that adjusts fan speed in real time based on arc-on signals.
More visitors than ever asked about filter technology. Specifically, PTFE membrane cartridges with ≥99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns are replacing traditional polyester and cellulose options. Therefore, workshops that switch to PTFE can expect 3–5 year filter life versus 3–6 months for standard cartridges.
With the rapid growth of aluminum alloy processing and new energy vehicle manufacturing, explosion-proof dust collection has moved from niche to necessity. MoLAND's GB15577-compliant systems—featuring anti-static filter cartridges, explosion venting panels, and spark detection—addressed a clear gap in the market.
For small to mid-size workshops, mobile fume extractors continue to be the most practical starting point. Moreover, MoLAND's MLWF series—with its compact 0.8 × 0.8 × 1.7m footprint and 1500 m³/h capacity—proved to be the most requested product at our booth.
None of this would be possible without the people who took the time to visit us. Therefore, we want to express our sincere appreciation to:
Every handshake, every floor plan shared, every technical question asked—these are the foundations of lasting partnerships.
If you could not make it to Shenzhen this year, do not worry. MoLAND's full product range and technical support remain available year-round. Furthermore, our website www.sdmoland.com provides complete product specifications, application guides, and direct contact channels.

Additionally, we are happy to schedule factory visits so you can see MoLAND's production line and testing facilities in person.
The Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair rotates between Shanghai and Shenzhen each year. Therefore, we look forward to the next edition with even more innovations, stronger product lines, and deeper technical expertise.
MoLAND will continue investing in R&D, expanding our PTFE membrane filtration capabilities, enhancing intelligent control systems, and developing more energy-efficient solutions for the welding industry. Moreover, we are committed to making clean workshop air accessible to every fabricator—regardless of workshop size or budget.
Until then, stay safe, breathe clean, and keep welding.
Thank you for an incredible Essen Fair 2026. The conversations started at Booth 50736 are just the beginning—what welding challenges can we solve for your workshop next?
