The dust remover is mainly composed of upper box, middle box, ash hopper, air inlet equalizing pipe, support filter bag, injection device, ash unloading device, etc. The dusty gas enters the ash hopper of each compartment from the air inlet equalizing pipe of the dust collector, and under the guidance of the ash hopper guiding device, the dust of large particles is separated and directly falls into the ash hopper, while the finer dust evenly enters the middle box and is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag. The clean gas enters the upper box through the filter bag and is discharged into the atmosphere through each off-line valve and exhaust pipe. With the progress of the filtration condition, the dust on the filter bag accumulates more and more. When the equipment resistance reaches the limited resistance value (generally set as 1500pa), the ash cleaning control device will automatically close the off-line valve of one room according to the set value of differential pressure or the set value of ash cleaning time, open the electric control pulse valve according to the set procedure, stop the air blowing, and use the instantaneous injection of compressed air to increase the pressure in the filter bag, Shake off the dust on the filter bag (even the fine dust can be cleaned more thoroughly) into the ash hopper and discharged by the ash discharge mechanism.

After the bypass is added to the cyclone dust collector of the dust removal equipment in the welding workshop, its working principle is that the dusty gas enters tangentially from the inlet. While the air flow obtains the rotary motion, the air flow separates up and down to form a double spiral motion. The dust has a strong separation effect at the boundary of the double spiral, and the coarser dust particles are separated to the outer wall with the down spiral air flow, Part of the dust is led out from the hole in the middle of the bypass separation chamber, and the remaining dust is carried to the ash hopper by the downward air flow. The upward spiral air flow can gather fine dust, so as to improve the dust removal efficiency. This part of fine dust particles is carried to the upper part by the upper spiral flow, forming a strongly rotating upper dust ring under the top cover, and enters the upper hole of the bypass separation chamber together with the upper spiral flow, which is introduced into the cone through the return air inlet to merge with the internal air flow. The purified gas is discharged by the exhaust pipe, and the separated dust enters the hopper.

The dusty gas enters the box and is filtered by the flat bag filter. The dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the fan through the filter bag and is inhaled and directly discharged by the fan. With the increase of filtration time, the dust adhered to the outside of the filter bag also increases, and the resistance of the filter bag increases accordingly, which affects the dust removal efficiency, At this time, the rapping mechanism is started to shake off the dust adhered to the surface of the filter bag, and the dust falling in the drawer is manually pulled out and removed.

The dusty gas enters the box from the air inlet and is filtered by the filter bag. The dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas is discharged from the box through the air outlet by the fan and directly discharged indoors (or discharged outdoors through the air duct).
With the continuous operation of the host machine, the dust adhered outside the filter bag continues to increase, resulting in the continuous rise of equipment resistance. Therefore, it is necessary to remove the dust, shake off the dust adhered outside the filter bag, fall into the dust collector (drawer) through the ash hopper, and remove it manually.
