Considering that the welding workpiece is relatively large, the dust removal method cannot affect the lifting of the workpiece and the production efficiency of the workers, so we recommend using the blowing suction centralized dust removal method.

The blowing Welding Fume Exhaust System is equipped with air duct return air outlet and air supply outlet. The required air volume is only half of the traditional mixed air supply mode, and the operating energy consumption is greatly reduced. After the smoke and dust are filtered, the indoor emission standard can be met, and the indoor air can be circulated to avoid external discharge. It causes a waste of indoor cooling/heating energy; the dust removal system is not affected by the operator's usage habits, and the operator does not receive any interference from the Blow-suction Fume Extraction System during the work process, which can greatly improve production efficiency.
