According to the on-site investigation and observation, the welding fumes from the car body welding station overflowed from both sides of the workshop, so the side suction system on both sides was adopted. This design can effectively capture smoke and dust without affecting the assembly line welding operation.
The body welding station adopts the hood suction type to effectively collect the smoke according to the flow law of the smoke (the principle of thermal rise), which not only provides a good working environment for the workers but also does not affect the welding efficiency.
Four carbody welding stations share a Moland split fume extractor (MLWF3500H-32T, air volume: 35000m³/h) for centralized processing.
According to the layout of the on-site workshop, the main engine of the fume purifier and the fan are placed on the external platform of the workshop; the independent electronic control device is placed in the workshop to facilitate the start and stop of the dust removal system.
