This project consists of 4 sets of grinding and dust removal equipment (Industrial Dust Collectors), including one set of grinding room.

The grinding room is the overall frame of steel structure, built with anti-corrosion keel, carbon steel spray sheet metal material is selected as the plate, air supply pipes are installed on both sides of the roof, and the air after purification of the equipment enters the jet port and blows into the room, which can also realize the air circulation.

And a retractable electric ceiling is installed on the roof, which shrinks when hoisting workpieces and can be opened to cover the room when working. In order to achieve a good air supply effect, air curtains are installed on both sides of the door to form an invisible door curtain to prevent dust from spilling.

The design principle is to improve the environment of the work area under the premise of meeting the requirements of the production process, mainly from the aspects of the working environment of the grinding workers, the reliability of the operation of the equipment, the convenience of operation and maintenance. The dust-containing gas enters the grinding cabinet filter room through the air inlet, first passes through the spoiler, the dust-containing gas is evenly dispersed around the Cartridge Filter, and the dust is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter element. The purified gas is discharged through the filter cartridge through the upper outlet of the box. With the increase of the use time, the dust adsorbed by the filter barrel gradually increases, and the Grinding And Polishing Dust Collector resistance continues to increase. In order to ensure a good dust suction effect, the resistance of the filter element must be controlled within a limited range, the pulse controller sends out a signal, and the pulse valve is opened orderly. The compressed air is sprayed from the nozzle of the spray pipe to the corresponding filter barrel, and the gas in the filter barrel instantly expands. The dust that accumulates on the outer wall of the filter cartridge is shaken off into the dust collection box. Dust collection box adopts push-pull drawer structure, the cleaning process is fast and convenient. The upper part is provided with a dust discharge plate to ensure that dust falls to the dust collecting box.
