working principle

The dust-laden exhaust gas enters the Dust Collector box from the inlet, and the exhaust gas enters from the outside of the filter cartridge. Due to gravity, the larger dust directly settles into the ash hopper without passing through the filter cartridge, or collides with the box wall by inertial force and settles along the box wall. down. Small particles of dust pass through the filter cartridge with the airflow, the particles are intercepted to the surface of the filter cartridge, and the gas is discharged from the outlet after purification. The more dust accumulates on the surface of the filter cartridge, the resistance also increases, reaching the set value, the electromagnetic pulse is turned on, and the compressed air blows back, instantly blowing the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge into the ash hopper to complete the cleaning action.
