2. Manual welding station: a dust hood has been installed on site, and a 3KW dust removal host is connected. The air volume is small, the dust removal effect is not obvious, and the working environment cannot be improved.
Combined with the actual situation of the workshop, it is recommended to continue to use a dust hood to collect and add a dust removal device to increase the air volume. According to the site layout, the dust hood is 2.5 meters above the ground, and a 3KW dust collector is connected.
Recommended dust collectors are:
Model: MLWF400, 3500-4500 m³/h dust removal host, power: 3kw. After the increase, there are two 3KW dust collectors, and the air volume fully meets the dust removal requirements of the dust hood.
3. Flame cutting station: a flame cutting machine is arranged on each side of the steel pipe, and the cut steel plate is sampled and tested on one side. There is a 3KW equipment on site to match the dust hood with a wheel at the bottom. Due to the design problem of the dust hood , can not be close to the cutting point, the smoke and dust cannot be collected efficiently
According to the site conditions, the sampling area will continue to use the existing dust hood + dust collector, and the support structure of the dust hood will be rebuilt to meet the dust removal needs of workers in the sampling operation in the dust hood.

Model: MLWF300A, air volume 2800-3200 m³/h two dust removal hosts, power 2.2kw.
4. Robot spraying station: The spraying positions are different on the inner wall and outer arm of the steel pipe, and the dust removal needs to meet the spraying and dust removal operations of steel pipes with different diameters.
According to the maximum activity range of on-site robot coding, a 3500×3300×2500mm dust removal room is customized. The dust removal room is assembled with industrial aluminum profiles and arc shields, and the situation of robot coding can be well observed from the outside. There is an air outlet on the top of the dust removal room, which is connected to an external dust collector for purification. The dust collector can be linked with the coding robot, so that it can be turned on or stopped according to the operation of the robot.
The coding operation contains slight oiliness and slight peculiar smell. The multi-stage filter and dust removal host can solve the problem of poor pulse cleaning of oily gas by the filter cartridge dust collector, and can also carry out activated carbon adsorption for slight peculiar smell.

Model: MLWFHT500-L, one air volume 5000-6000 m³/h multi-stage filter and dust removal host, power 5.5kw.
Model: MLWF350H, air volume 3000-3500 m³/h, power 3kw.
