Working Principle - Bottom and Side Suction

The Grinding And Polishing Dust Collector is designed with a three-side surrounding structure to effectively control the dust. The table surface and back panel is designed with many suction ports, which collects the dust directly at the source and efficiently prevents the dust from spreading in time. After the dust is filtered and purified by a high efficiency flame retardant Cartridge Filter with an accuracy of up to 0.3um, the clean air is directly discharged into the room to keep the workshop air clean. The filtered dust is collected into the dust collection drawer to prevent secondary pollution and at the same time to recycle precious metal materials.

After a long time of use, more and more dust attached to the outer surface of the Cartridge Filter, the resistance increases, resulting in a significant decrease in air volume, at this time, the pulse cleaning device is started to backwash the filter cartridge dust, using the power of compressed air, the dust on the outer wall of the filter cartridge is shocked off and collected in the dust collection drawer, so as to ensure the long-term smooth use of the filter cartridge and achieve a stable dust collection effect.
