Industrial Central Dust and Smoke Extraction System -Blow Suction

1. Introduction

Blow-suction type Centralized Fume Extraction Systems use a ventilation air flow composed of blown air and inhaled air flow. It is a dust extraction method that can effectively control the spread of pollution sources. Installing exhaust inlets on two-span center column or single-span side column (wall) and air outlets on the opposite wall column form a circulating air flow to drive the smoke and dust into the Industrial Dust Collectors, consequently performing overall dust extraction and purification in the workshop. This system occupies a small area and has obvious purification effect, which is suitable for the purification of smoke and smoke in more complex production workshops.

2. Solution Principle

Utilizing the characteristics of welding fumes floating in the air of 4~8 meters high due to heat rise and gravity, the suction pipes are installed on a column with a height of about 4 to 5 meters on one side of the workshop, which are equipped with three layers of high and low suction inlets. The fan power of the Dust Collector effectively collects the dust floating on the upper part of the workshop. Set up blowing outlets on the dust removal pipes on the other side of the workshop to blow the purified air to the air to accelerate the air flow and promote the welding fume to flow to the suction inlets.
