Welding fume has been damaging the health of welding workers in workshops. There are three common ways to control welding fume.
1. Centralized Blow and Suction Typee Welding Fume Exhaust System
For working conditions in workshops with many welding stations, large spans, and scattered solder joints, the Blow-suction Fume Extraction System can be selected. By rationally distributing the air blowing port and the air suction port, an effect similar to the overall air exchange in the workshop is achieved, that is, the exhaust smoke and dust are blown to the side of the suction port through the air blowing port, and the smoke and dust are sucked away by the suction port, and then reach the dust removal host through the pipeline through high-efficiency filtration and purification to meet the standard emission.
2. Cantilever Type Welding Fume Exhaust System
For welding conditions where the welding points are concentrated and the welding station is relatively fixed, the universal suction arm collection method can be used. The Extraction Arms can flexibly rotate 360°, hover at will, and adjust the position of the suction cover arbitrarily according to the welding point. The strong suction can capture smoke and dust from the source, and the purification efficiency is as high as 99.9%.
3. Hood Suction Type Welding Fume Exhaust System
For working conditions where the welding station is fixed and does not require crane lifting, a fume Suction Hood can be used to collect smoke and dust. The fume collecting hood is installed above the equipment and surrounded by anti-arc soft curtains, which can effectively prevent smoke and dust from dispersing. In order to facilitate the entry and exit of workpieces, the soft curtains can be made mobile. During welding operations, the smoke is sucked upward by the suction force, and reaches the dust removal host through the pipeline for purification and emission. The fume collecting hood type can also be used for robot welding fume control.
4. Room Type Welding Fume Exhaust System
This welding dust and Smoke Exhaust System is mainly used for robot welding. The welding station is fixed. The room is with top suction ports, so that the welding fume and smoke and controlled within room and extracted out from Industrial Dust Collector.
