How to control welding fumes in tall factories?

A blower-suction Welding Fume Exhaust System is a duct with multiple air outlets and suction outlets, one or two sets of fans and filters.

Pipes are generally installed at a height of 4-6 meters (welding smoke suspended layer) in the workshop. By blowing and sucking air flow, the welding area is surrounded by pipelines, which not only controls the harmful substances emitted by a single equipment, but also effectively controls the harmful substances in the entire workshop.

Solutions for welding fume control in tall factories

This case is for the integrated welding dust removal working conditions in a tall workshop. The welding workshop works continuously for a long time, and the welding smoke and dust approximate a steady state process.

There are three spans of workshops on site, each span is 95 meters long and 22 meters wide. According to the on-site working conditions and customer requirements, a blowing-suction dust removal system was selected.

According to the working conditions, this project includes 12 sets of MLWF2000-C blowing and suction Industrial Dust Collectors. The air volume of a single set is 20,000m³/h. The total air volume is 240,000m³/h. An air duct suction port and an air supply port are installed on each piece of equipment.
