Bottom suction and top dischargeing internal circulation working mode is adopted for this cabinet. The design principle is to improve the environment of the work area on the premise of meeting the requirements of the production process, mainly considering the working environment of the grinding workers, the reliability of equipment operation, and the convenience of operation and maintenance. The dirty air enters the grinding cabinet through the air inlet, and firstly passes through the spoiler, so that the dirty air is evenly dispersed around the Cartridge Filters , and the dust is adsorbed on the surface of the cartridge filters. After purified, the clean air is discharged through the air outlet on the top of the cabinet. As the use time increases, the dust adsorbed by the Cartridge Filter s gradually increases, and the resistance of the Dust Collector continues to increase. In order to ensure a good dust collection effect, the resistance of the cartridge filters must be controlled within a limited range. The pulse controller sends a signal to open the pulse valve sequentially. The compressed air is sprayed from the nozzles of the injection pipe to the corresponding cartridge filter and the gas in the cartridge filter expands instantly, so that the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter shakes down into the dust collecting drawer. The dust collecting drawer is designed with a push-pull structure, and the cleaning process is quick and convenient. The upper part of the dust collection drawer is provided with an dust discharge board to ensure that the dust falls into the dust collecting drawer.
