There are altogether 6 welding stations in the mechanical workshop. Due to the large size of the welded workpiece, it is necessary to hoist the workpiece by vehicle. After on-site investigation, our technical personnel suggested the customer to use the telescopic Dust Collector to collect the smoke and dust.

There are 8 workstations in the workshop, including 5 manual welding workstations. The dust removal of three welding workstations is handled by the same host machine.

In the process of site installation, due to the distance between the warehouse and the construction workshop for the storage of installation materials, our workers have rich imagination, and designed a simple trolley on site, which accelerated the completion of the construction period.
