This project is to install two sets of 18.5KW welding room type centralized dust removal equipment in a children's Furniture Technology Co., LTD., Liaocheng, Shandong.

Working condition description:



Two sets of welding rooms of 21 meters ×6 meters, the height of the welding room is 3 meters, there are compartments and channels for maintenance and replacement of welding wire, and convenient welding smoke collection, that is, each robot workstation adopts an independent welding room, with a separator as the welding smoke partition. There are two suction vents in the upper position of each robot on the welding roof, and each cover is equipped with a separate electric valve to collect welding smoke in the room. Each 6 welding robots adopts a dust-removing main machine. The power of the dust-removing main machine is 18.5kW, and the air volume is 18000-20000m³/h.



The dust removal host control system adopts THE PLC intelligent dust removal control system independently developed by Meilan. The touch screen of the control system can display the running status of the equipment, such as: the system can detect the power phase, undervoltage and overvoltage protection, so as to protect the equipment; Built-in temperature sensor, real-time monitoring of operating temperature, excessive alarm and automatic stop; Real-time monitoring of power supply, fan use state and fault alarm reminder; To achieve reservation back blowing, offline back blowing and other functions; Set consumables use, replacement time reminder; Ash hopper ash reminder; Three control modes: local control, group time control, and remote control. Through the intelligent control system to help customers more efficient and improve the utilization of equipment



The material of welding room is purification board, the board is made of middle and high density rock wool as sandwich, hot dip galvanized color coating
