As a key heavy-duty truck manufacturer, this company's automated welding production line is responsible for processing core components. The welding process generates a large amount of harmful fume and dust particles. This particles not only affect equipment precision but also endanger employee health. Meanwhile, this fume and dust pollution environmental and also fail to meet environmental standards. Therefore, dust removal has become an urgent need for the company.
The project team, considering the site conditions and the company's needs, optimized multiple times to determine a targeted solution: using a retractable dust collection chamber to collect fumes. Meanwhile, the solution equips with four sets of Moland 15,000 m³/h cartridge dust collectors, forming an integrated dust collection system.
Considering that workpieces need to be hoisted by a crane, the retractable chamber's roof adopts a flexible retractable design. This design not affecting hoisting operations and fully covering the workstation. Meanwhile high-density arc-shielding curtains around the perimeter create a sealed space to prevent fume leakage. The dust collector features high filtration precision and a dust removal efficiency of 99.9%. The purified air is recyclable, making it energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
