I.Project Completion: Central Dust Collection System for Welding Fume Pollution

A heavy machinery manufacturing enterprise in Anhui Province has officially installed, commissioned and put into service its central welding dust collection system. The fume extraction system solves the workshop’s long-standing welding fume pollution. It also helps the enterprise meet environmental standards and upgrade its operations. It serves as a practical reference for similar workshops in the heavy machinery industry.

II.Workshop Challenges and Solution Selection

The workshop has 9 welding stations. Welding at these stations produces fume with harmful components. This fume threatens the health of on-site operators. It also fails to meet national environmental protection standards. After in-depth research and comparison, the enterprise chose a customized central dust collection solution from Moland Environmental Protection. This solution enhances the enterprise’s fume control capabilities.

III.Core Configuration and Advantages of Central Schweißen Dust Collection System

The dust collection system’s core is a Moland 30KW dust collector. It has an air volume of 30,000 m³/h. The collector uses a high-efficiency filter cartridge. It achieves a fume purification efficiency of 99.9%. This ensures purified air meets emission standards. Moland's independently developed PLC intelligent control system powers the equipment. It has a touch screen that shows real-time operating parameters. The system supports intelligent ash cleaning and fault self-diagnosis. This significantly reduces operation and maintenance costs.

IV.Pipeline and Suction Arm Design of The Central Dust Collection System

The workshop has a rationally laid main pipeline. Nine retractable suction arms cover each welding station. Each arm has an independent switch for easy operation. A suction hood installs near each welding point. It can move flexibly within a certain range. This achieves a fume capture efficiency of over 98%. The fume extraction system uses a "source capture + centralized treatment" closed-loop design. It transports fume from all stations to the outdoor dust collector via the main pipeline.

V.Project Significance and Future Outlook

This successful delivery highlights the reliable performance of Moland dust removal equipment. It also reflects the enterprise’s commitment to employee health and environmental responsibilities. Moving forward, the system will operate stably. It will provide a clean, safe working environment for on-site operators. It will help the enterprise pass environmental acceptance smoothly. Moland will continue to focus on industrial dust removal. It will provide efficient, intelligent and environmentally friendly solutions for more machinery manufacturers. This will drive the industry’s green and high-quality development.
