MLWF Series Industrial Dust Collectors

A fixed welding fume system consists of the installation of a series of galvanized pipes that collect hazardous fumes through their hood. Once these fumes have been collected, the hood conveys them to a chute or terminal to expel them from the workplace. You also have the option of filtering and recirculating these fumes back into your building if needed. In both types of extraction systems, the fumes are effeciently collected by articulated arms / Suction Hood, Filter Element or extraction benches.

Moland MLWF1000H is a multi-purpose filtration system. It is customizable to perfectly fit customer specific demands with airflow up to 12 000m3/h. Suitable for smoke, fumes and dust and can be used in several different applications such as welding, metal cutting and general dust.

The modular design allows for standalone solutions as well as multi-filter solutions for extended requirements. With a cartridge design - the squircle shape utilizes the square space within the Automatic Cleaning Fume Extractor in the most optimal way and generates high cartridge airflow. Thus, decreasing the size and hence the footprint of the system.

This MLWF1000H Automatic Cleaning fume extractor is one of our economical Industrial Dust Collectors. It is equipped with 11KW motor, 8pcs Filter Element, intelligent control system, self cleaning system, large capacity dust collection drawer, etc.

Q1:What's the OEM serivce of Moland?

A: Customized and OEM orders are welcome if you need. You only need to provide us with your logo drawing, function requirements, colors, etc.

Q2: What's the package?

A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.

Q3: Will the package damaged during transportation?

A: Our package is considerate all the damage factors and make it to be safe, and our shipping agent have rich experience in safe tranportation. We have exported to 80 countries worldwide. So please don't worry, you will receive the parcel in good condition.

Q4: How to install and run the machine?

A: Our technician have installed the machine before shipping. For some small parts installation, we will send detail training

video, user's manual along with the machine. 95% customers can learn by themselves.
