Each station uses the universal suction arm collection method, which is convenient to use, simple to operate, and has an ideal collection effect.
The motor adopts a Siemens Beater variable frequency motor, and a wind pressure sensor is installed on the pipeline to adjust the operating power of the fan in a timely manner according to the change of the wind pressure in the pipeline, which greatly reduces the energy consumption.
There is a cutting station and a welding station in the No. 2 operation area. A 3kw dust removal host is selected, with an air volume of 3000-3500m³/h, and the collection method of a dust hood is adopted.
This method has a high collection rate and good sealing performance.
There are 2 sets of welding robots in No. 4 operation area, one set has 2 welding robots, a 1.5kw high negative pressure dust removal host air volume 0-1000m³/h, and a DC brushless frequency conversion fan, which can adjust the air volume.
The collection method of the suction hose is convenient and flexible, and does not hinder the work of the robot.
