To upgrade the production environment, protect employee health and boost work efficiency, the company has thus adopted Moland\u2019s dust collection system for dust and fume treatment, ensuring emissions fully comply with regulatory standards. Today we&#8217;ll share this dust removal case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>I. Centralized <\/strong><strong>\u0421\u0432\u0430\u0440\u043a\u0430 <\/strong><strong>Dust Removal System for the Workshop<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Given the on-site conditions, we select the MLWF3000C <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sdmoland.com\/ru\/product\/dust-collector-mlwf2000c-9t-3000c-12t\/\">dust collector<\/a> for welding fume treatment. It boasts 22KW power, 30,000 m\u00b3\/h air volume and 345\u33a1 filtration area. The system is fully automatic with one-button start. It supports multiple control modes, automatic dust removal and offline backflushing. Grinding Dust Collection Cabinets <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer&#8217;s grinding area has a 12m x 12m grinding room and a MLWF1600DM model <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sdmoland.com\/ru\/product\/grinding-dust-collector%ef%bc%9amlwf1000dm-ex16t-2000dm-ex20t\/\">grinding dust collection cabinet<\/a>. The grinding cabinet is with an air volume of 15000 m\u00b3\/h and a filtration area of 80m\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We install the grinding cabinets on both sides of the grinding workshop, which adopt a purification mode with bottom and top exhaust. When grinding operations generate dust, it enters the cabinets through the air inlets and first passes through the baffle plates; these plates disperse the dust-laden gas evenly around the filter elements. Laser Cutting Dust Collection Machines <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer\u2019s cutting area houses two large enclosed 6025 laser cutting machines with exchange tables. First, we connect the dust remover\u2019s air intake to the machine\u2019s reserved air duct with a PU hose. This way, cutting dust is collected right at the source, and normal production remains unaffected.
