Este equipamento \u00e9 utilizado para esta\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho de retifica\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas de tit\u00e2nio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento deve ser razo\u00e1vel e compacta, privilegiando as medidas de poupan\u00e7a de energia e a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente dos recursos. O equipamento deve garantir a fiabilidade a longo prazo e cumprir as normas de emiss\u00e3o de poluentes definidas no relat\u00f3rio de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do impacto ambiental. Deve tamb\u00e9m respeitar as pol\u00edticas e regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es nacionais relativas \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o do ambiente e \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a e sa\u00fade no trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este projeto inclui quatro conjuntos de equipamento de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de poeiras de moagem, juntamente com uma sala de moagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objetivo do equipamento e principais produtos processados: aplica-se a esta\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho de retifica\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas de tit\u00e2nio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A sala de moagem \u00e9 constru\u00edda com uma estrutura de a\u00e7o e suportes resistentes \u00e0 corros\u00e3o. Os pain\u00e9is s\u00e3o feitos de a\u00e7o-carbono com um acabamento revestido a p\u00f3. As condutas de fornecimento de ar est\u00e3o instaladas em ambos os lados do telhado, permitindo que o ar purificado flua atrav\u00e9s das condutas e seja insuflado na sala atrav\u00e9s de aberturas de jato, permitindo a circula\u00e7\u00e3o interna do ar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al\u00e9m disso, est\u00e1 instalada uma cobertura el\u00e9ctrica retr\u00e1til no telhado, que pode ser recolhida quando se levantam pe\u00e7as de trabalho e aberta para cobrir a sala durante o funcionamento. Para conseguir uma boa efici\u00eancia no fornecimento de ar, foram instaladas cortinas de ar em ambos os lados da entrada, criando uma barreira invis\u00edvel para impedir a sa\u00edda de poeiras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
