A c\u00e2mara \u00e9 constru\u00edda com perfis industriais de alum\u00ednio e protec\u00e7\u00f5es de arco, permitindo uma boa visibilidade do processo de marca\u00e7\u00e3o robotizada a partir do exterior. A parte superior da c\u00e2mara de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de poeiras est\u00e1 equipada com uma sa\u00edda de exaust\u00e3o ligada a um coletor de poeiras externo para purifica\u00e7\u00e3o. O coletor de poeiras pode ser ligado ao robot de marca\u00e7\u00e3o, permitindo-lhe arrancar e parar com base no funcionamento do robot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O processo de marca\u00e7\u00e3o envolve uma ligeira oleosidade e um leve odor. Uma unidade de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de poeiras com filtragem em v\u00e1rias fases pode resolver o problema da limpeza por impulsos ineficaz nos colectores de poeiras de cartucho que lidam com g\u00e1s oleoso e pode tamb\u00e9m adsorver odores suaves utilizando carv\u00e3o ativado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O coletor de p\u00f3 recomendado \u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modelo: MLWFHT500-L, com um caudal de ar de 5000-6000 m\u00b3\/h. De acordo com a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do local, o exaustor de recolha de poeiras est\u00e1 posicionado a 2,5 metros acima do solo e est\u00e1 ligado a um coletor de poeiras de 3 kW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O coletor de p\u00f3 recomendado \u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modelo: MLWF400, com um caudal de ar de 3500-4500 m\u00b3\/h.
