Este projeto diz respeito \u00e0 oficina de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamento de energia nuclear de Wanping, que procede \u00e0 despoeiramento geral da soldadura, utilizando tratamento de circula\u00e7\u00e3o interna do tipo sopro e suc\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

20 \u00e1reas de tratamento de fumos da oficina de soldadura cruzada, suportando 20 conjuntos de anfitri\u00e3o de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de poeiras MLWF2000C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com a an\u00e1lise da esta\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho do local, recomenda-se escolher a purifica\u00e7\u00e3o do ciclo interno de sopro e suc\u00e7\u00e3o, ar limpo ap\u00f3s a purifica\u00e7\u00e3o como uma fonte de energia de sopro enviada para um lado da oficina, o outro lado da purifica\u00e7\u00e3o de suc\u00e7\u00e3o, de modo que o ar da oficina nos 4-6 metros soprando e sugando a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de cortinas de vento, fuma\u00e7a de soldagem subindo para a camada de circula\u00e7\u00e3o e purifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tendo em conta a influ\u00eancia da dispers\u00e3o dos fumos na concentra\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o organizada circundante, a \u00e1rea coberta pela conduta de sopro e aspira\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 alargada em cerca de 4 metros, de modo a obter o melhor efeito de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de poeiras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O sistema de controlo do hospedeiro de despoeiramento adopta o sistema de controlo de despoeiramento inteligente PLC desenvolvido independentemente pela Meilan, e o ecr\u00e3 t\u00e1til do sistema de controlo pode mostrar o estado de funcionamento do equipamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tais como: o sistema pode detetar a quebra da fase errada da fonte de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, subtens\u00e3o, prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra sobretens\u00e3o, de modo a proteger o equipamento; sensores de temperatura incorporados no equipamento, monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o em tempo real da temperatura de funcionamento, excedendo o alarme e o estacionamento autom\u00e1tico; monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o em tempo real da fonte de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, do ventilador utilizando o estado e o lembrete de alarme de avaria; a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da reserva do sopro de retorno, sopro offline e outras fun\u00e7\u00f5es; configurar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de consum\u00edveis, a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de lembretes de tempo; lembrete de limpeza da tremonha de cinzas; tr\u00eas tipos de modos de controlo: controlo local, controlo de equipa Tr\u00eas modos de controlo: controlo local, controlo de turno e controlo remoto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
