Product Description
The MLWF50 Movable Dust Collector is one of our hot sale Mobile Fume Extractor, which is equipped with three-stage flame retardant filtration: metal mesh pre-filter, primmary filter and high efficiency filter. The Fume Smoke Extractor can be used for the collection of dust, smoke and fume during welding, solering, grinding working process.
Operation Principles
This MLWF50 Movable Dust Collector is designed to capture and clean smoke and dust produced during ligh-duty welding, soldering and grinding working processes. When operating, air will be drawn into the nozzle and pass through the 40mm diameter hose, then through the filtration system, and finally exhausted through the top discharge. When the hood is placed sufficiently close to the source of dust and smoke, three stages of filtration start to work: firstly, the pre-filter section collects the large dust particles; secondly, the smaller particles are trapped in the fibers of the filter, and finally to be purified by high efficiency filter.
