PORTABLE INDUSTRIAL DUST COLLECTOR WITH EXTRACTION ARM
Airborn contaminants produced during manufacturing and processing applications are not always effectively collected with ambient dust collector systems. Our MLWF50 Mobile Fume Extractor offers high filtration efficiencies with convenient portability and is ideal for applications where large hoods are not practical, or for quickly moving source capture between workstations. With this stand-alone filter system, you can extract hazardous dust and fumes before they enter a worker’s breathing zone, directly at the source.
OPERATION PRINCIPLES
This MLWF50 Movable Dust Collector is designed to capture and clean smoke and dust produced during ligh-duty welding, soldering and grinding working processes. When operating, air will be drawn into the nozzle and pass through the 40mm diameter hose, then through the filtration system, and finally exhausted through the top discharge. When the hood is placed sufficiently close to the source of dust and smoke, three stages of filtration start to work: firstly, the pre-filter section collects the large dust particles; secondly, the smaller particles are trapped in the fibers of the filter, and finally to be purified by high efficiency filter.
