What are the hazards of dust dust in welding workshop
(1) Generation of welding fume
Welding is the use of electric energy heating, so that the metal material to be welded locally to liquid or near liquid, and make it fusion to form a stable non detachable connector processing technology. Workshop welding dust purifier:

The purification of Welding Dust Remover in workshop is a common dust removal method in station. The welding dust remover in workshop is different from the ordinary station dust remover. When cleaning the dust, the welding dust purifier can absorb the welding dust produced by a single station into the internal filtering system of the Dust Collector, and the filtered clean air is discharged to the production workshop again, and the dust is stored in the dust drawer. Design principle of workshop welding dust purifier: when the fan is running, the flue gas enters the dust removal equipment from the air inlet, forcing the air flow in the dust removal equipment to change the wind direction and reduce the flow rate. When the flue gas passes through the filter cartridge with the air flow, it is filtered by the filter cartridge and blocked on its surface. The purified gas rises from the filter cartridge to the middle cartridge and is filtered by the fan and then discharged from the air outlet through the activated carbon filter cotton. When there is more smoke on the surface of the filter cartridge, the pulse switch opens and the pulse injection controller starts to work. The electromagnetic pulse valve works so that the compressed air in the air bag can be injected into the filter cartridge at high speed through the nozzle, and at the same time, the surrounding air which is several times of the injected air can be induced to enter the filter cartridge, resulting in the instantaneous positive pressure in the filter cartridge, so that the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter cartridge falls into the ash hopper under the action of gravity, and the dust in the ash hopper can be cleaned after the equipment stops running.
