Moland provided a blow-suction welding dust collection system for the welding workshop of an oil transportation equipment manufacturer. The client's welding workpieces are large, and the welding positions are not fixed. After on-site inspection and communication, the client final choose a blow-suction dust collection method. Each dust collector is responsible for a 30 meters length area, with two dust collectors forming one system. Two workshops equip a total of 16 sets industrial dust collectors.

After installation, the fume extraction system has been running stably for over two years and has received positive feedback from the customer.

Moland also provided a blow suction dust removal system for the production workshop of a well-known domestic lifting machinery manufacturer.

The workshop equipped 16 blow-suction dust collection units, employing a relay-type blow suction air curtain. Purified clean air is used as the blowing power source and delivered to near workshops. Air is supplied from one side of the workshop through the outlet, while the other side is suctioned for purification. The air from both-span workshop is sequentially blown and suctioned to form an air curtain. After purification in the last one span in workshop, the air is discharged outdoors through pipes. This design ensures a unified airflow direction and reduces cross-flow disturbances between the near two-span workshops when they are interconnected.

Considering the impact of smoke and dust dispersion on the surrounding unorganized concentration, it is recommended that the boundary line between the dust collection pipe coverage area and the two ends of the channel. so that achieve the best dust removal effect.
