II. Working Principle of Grinding Dust Removal Equipment

During workpiece grinding, the strong negative pressure generated by the fan rapidly sucks the grinding dust into the cartridge dust collector. Dust does not remain in the operator's breathing zone, reducing the risk of inhalation at the source. The dust-laden airflow is filtered through a high-efficiency PTFE coated filter, ensuring discharge clean air. Large dust particles automatically settle into the dust collection box for easy cleaning. The entire process significantly improves the working environment and meets environmental emission requirements.

1.1 Employs a high-efficiency PTFE membrane filter element. The filter element material is imported anti-static coated polyester fiber with excellent flame-retardant properties.
