Most mobile extractors cover one station. The MLWF200D covers two. Each φ160mm arm extends 3 meters and rotates 360 degrees. Two welders pull their own arm, lock it in position, and work without interference. Consequently, you get double the coverage from a single unit.
Powered by a 1.5KW Yinniu motor, the MLWF200D delivers 2,500 m³/h of airflow through 23 m² of filtration area. Despite this capacity, the unit measures only 650×650×1370mm — less than half a square meter of floor space. Therefore, it fits into tight workshops without blocking movement.
The Ahlstrom nanofiber filter cartridge (φ350×660mm) captures 99.9% of particles at 0.3 microns. Moreover, the flame-retardant material prevents spark ignition inside the unit — a critical safety feature for welding environments. Filter replacement takes minutes, not hours.
Four lockable casters let you move the MLWF200D between stations in seconds. No bolts. No ductwork. When you roll it into position, the brakes lock it firmly. Additionally, the drawer-style dust collection bin at the bottom makes emptying quick and mess-free.
