Peralatan ini digunakan untuk stasiun kerja gerinda paduan titanium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tata letak peralatan harus masuk akal dan ringkas, dengan fokus pada langkah-langkah penghematan energi dan penggunaan sumber daya yang efisien. Peralatan harus memastikan keandalan jangka panjang dan mematuhi standar emisi polutan yang diuraikan dalam laporan penilaian dampak lingkungan. Peralatan tersebut juga harus mematuhi kebijakan dan peraturan nasional mengenai perlindungan lingkungan serta keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proyek ini mencakup empat set peralatan penghilang debu gerinda, bersama dengan satu ruang gerinda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tujuan peralatan dan produk utama yang diproses: peralatan ini diterapkan pada stasiun kerja penggilingan paduan titanium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ruang gerinda dibangun dengan kerangka struktur baja dan penyangga yang tahan korosi. Panel-panelnya terbuat dari baja karbon dengan lapisan akhir yang dilapisi bubuk. Saluran pasokan udara dipasang di kedua sisi atap, memungkinkan udara yang telah dimurnikan mengalir melalui saluran dan dihembuskan ke dalam ruangan melalui bukaan jet, sehingga memungkinkan sirkulasi udara internal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selain itu, kanopi listrik yang dapat ditarik dipasang di atap, yang dapat ditarik saat mengangkat benda kerja dan dibuka untuk menutupi ruangan selama pengoperasian. Untuk mencapai efisiensi pasokan udara yang baik, tirai udara dipasang di kedua sisi pintu masuk, menciptakan penghalang yang tidak terlihat untuk mencegah debu keluar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
