Ruang ini dibuat dengan profil aluminium industri dan pelindung busur, sehingga memungkinkan visibilitas yang baik dari proses penandaan robotik dari luar. Bagian atas ruang penghilang debu dilengkapi dengan saluran pembuangan yang terhubung ke pengumpul debu eksternal untuk pemurnian. Pengumpul debu dapat dihubungkan ke robot penandaan, memungkinkannya untuk memulai dan berhenti berdasarkan operasi robot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proses penandaan melibatkan sedikit rasa berminyak dan bau ringan. Unit penghilang debu filtrasi multi-tahap dapat mengatasi masalah pembersihan pulsa yang tidak efektif pada pengumpul debu kartrid yang menangani gas berminyak dan juga dapat menyerap bau ringan dengan menggunakan karbon aktif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengumpul debu yang direkomendasikan adalah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Model: MLWFHT500-L, dengan aliran udara 5000-6000 m\u00b3\/jam. Menurut tata letak lokasi, tudung pengumpul debu diposisikan 2,5 meter di atas tanah dan terhubung ke pengumpul debu 3 kW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengumpul debu yang direkomendasikan adalah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Model: MLWF400, dengan aliran udara 3500-4500 m\u00b3\/jam. Satu unit utama penghilang debu dengan daya 3 kW.
