We are pleased to announce the successful delivery and commissioning of titanium alloy grinding dust collection equipment for a leading Shandong energy equipment company. We designed this project to solve titanium alloy grinding dust pollution. It also meets strict requirements for energy conservation, environmental protection and operational safety, providing the client with a safe, clean production environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Titanium alloy is widely used in high-end fields like energy, aerospace and chemical industries. It boasts high strength, corrosion resistance and light weight. However, titanium alloy grinding produces large amounts of fine metal dust. This dust harms operators\u2019 health and poses flammable, explosive safety risks. Improper treatment will fail environmental emission standards, a common problem for titanium alloy processing enterprises. As a professional energy equipment manufacturer, the client set high standards for the dust collection equipment\u2019s layout, energy conservation, reliability and environmental performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This project includes 4 sets of grinding dust collection equipment and 1 grinding room. We designed all equipment specifically for the client\u2019s titanium alloy grinding workstations. The client put forward the following core requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The grinding room features an integral steel structure frame, built with anti-corrosion keels. We use carbon steel spray-painted sheet metal for its plates, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability. This design adapts to harsh industrial environments. To guarantee indoor air quality and recycle energy, we installed air supply ducts on both sides of the roof. The equipment purifies air, which then blows into the room through jet nozzles via the ducts. This achieves efficient air internal circulation, saves energy and maintains stable workshop temperature and air quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We also installed a retractable electric awning on the grinding room\u2019s roof. It retracts during workpiece hoisting to facilitate operation. During grinding, it opens to cover the entire room and prevent dust spread. To enhance dust control, we added air curtains on both sides of the door. These curtains form an invisible barrier, effectively blocking dust overflow and confining dust to the grinding room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The grinding room to be treated measures 10m (length) \u00d7 10m (width) \u00d7 6m (height), with a total volume of 600m\u00b3. We customized a scientific equipment selection plan to ensure efficient dust collection. The details of grinding dust collectors <\/a>are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
