Working principle of hood suction dedusting:
First, the plasma cutting smoke flows through the collection hood under the force of the fan, and the air suction car (the air suction car moves with the gantry) enters the sliding air suction channel; then it enters the main pipe, and enters the first floor of the purification host -- the air flow equalization plate through the main pipe. The uniform air flow distribution avoids that the pollutants are only concentrated in the direction of one main filter element. The air flow changes direction, the flow rate is reduced, and the dust particles are attached On the outer surface of the filter element, when the blocked dust is deposited on the surface of the filter element, the pressure difference inside and outside the filter element is also increasing. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the solenoid valve controlling the compressed air is opened, and the compressed air flows into the back purging system through the pipeline. The cleaning pipe of the cleaning mechanism sprays the dust particles on the inner surface of the filter element in an instant, so that the dust particles deposited on the filter element are Under the action of high-pressure air flow, the surface of the filter element is dropped, so that the whole surface of the filter element is cleaned. The purified air is discharged from the air duct and fan into the breathing area for recycling, energy saving and environmental protection.
