La chambre est construite avec des profil\u00e9s industriels en aluminium et des protections contre les arcs \u00e9lectriques, ce qui permet une bonne visibilit\u00e9 du processus de marquage robotis\u00e9 depuis l'ext\u00e9rieur. La partie sup\u00e9rieure de la chambre de d\u00e9poussi\u00e9rage est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'une sortie d'\u00e9chappement reli\u00e9e \u00e0 un d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur externe pour la purification. Le d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur peut \u00eatre reli\u00e9 au robot de marquage, ce qui lui permet de d\u00e9marrer et de s'arr\u00eater en fonction du fonctionnement du robot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le processus de marquage est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huileux et d\u00e9gage une l\u00e9g\u00e8re odeur. Une unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9poussi\u00e9rage \u00e0 filtration en plusieurs \u00e9tapes peut r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me de l'inefficacit\u00e9 du nettoyage par impulsions dans les d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reurs \u00e0 cartouche traitant les gaz huileux et peut \u00e9galement adsorber les odeurs l\u00e9g\u00e8res \u00e0 l'aide de charbon actif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur recommand\u00e9 est :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mod\u00e8le : MLWFHT500-L, avec un d\u00e9bit d'air de 5000-6000 m\u00b3\/h. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la configuration du site, la hotte de d\u00e9poussi\u00e9rage est plac\u00e9e \u00e0 2,5 m\u00e8tres au-dessus du sol et est reli\u00e9e \u00e0 un d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur de 3 kW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur recommand\u00e9 est :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mod\u00e8le : MLWF400, avec un d\u00e9bit d'air de 3500-4500 m\u00b3\/h. Une unit\u00e9 principale de d\u00e9poussi\u00e9rage d'une puissance de 3 kW.
