Conventional extraction methods simply could not keep up. The crossbeam offers 180\u00b0 free suspension, while the suction arm rotates a full 360\u00b0.\u00a0<strong>Together, they provide unrestricted reach across the entire welding envelope, ensuring fume capture regardless of workpiece orientation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dual-System Solution System 2: 3 \u00d7 6,000 m\u00b3\/h for Carbon Arc Gouging<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carbon arc gouging produces far more smoke and dust than conventional welding.\u00a0<strong>Therefore, we assigned each of the three gouging stations its own dedicated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jnmoland.com\/product\/516.html\">6,000 m\u00b3\/h extraction unit.<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0Each station is equipped with a side-suction dust hood measuring 2.2 m \u00d7 0.8 m \u00d7 1.7 m.
