Project features: The plasma cutting table in the workshop is 14 meters long and 4 meters wide. The amount of soot produced by cutting is large, and it is difficult to clean up.

Solution: The hood suction dust removal solution is adopted. The collection method is to make a dust hood with a size completely covering the gantry above the gantry, fix and synchronize the gantry movement, and the dust generated by cutting is collected by the dust hood, and the Dust Collector fan is negatively charged. Under pressure, it is collected through the sliding suction duct and enters the dust removal host, and after purification, it reaches the indoor emission standard
