Centralized Dust Collection of Robot Welding Room

The robot welding workshop adopts the treatment method of room type centralized dust removal. The external machine of the equipment is composed of a 30kW dust removal host + fan box. The electric control cabinet is independently designed in the room to facilitate the opening of the equipment and the monitoring of the operation status of the equipment.

We have a manually operated valve at each smoking port; The frequency converter will automatically adjust the frequency according to the opening number of smoking ports to realize the role of energy conservation and emission reduction.

At the center of the welding tooling platform, arc shielding leather curtain is installed to make the welding room in a relatively closed space, so that the welding smoke does not overflow, so that the workshop can achieve smoke-free and dust-free purification effect.

After the smoke and dust generated by the whole welding are filtered, the clean air is discharged by a 15 meter chimney at a height up to the standard.
